System emails that sound like your organization
Templates use named placeholders for vehicle, driver, period or deadline. A preview shows how the email will look with real values before you save. Delivery runs through your own mail server, or through SendGrid where no relay is available. Both are configured inside the application — no config file on the server.

Your own SMTP server
Delivery through your existing mail infrastructure — STARTTLS, implicit TLS or an internal relay without authentication, aligned with your SPF, DKIM and archiving rules.
SendGrid as the alternative
Where no relay is available, SendGrid can be selected as the second delivery channel. Exactly one channel is active at a time, and the choice is a setting rather than an installation decision.
A send queue instead of guesswork
Every outgoing email is queued with recipient, subject, originating source, status and attempt count. Pending, failed and sent-in-24-hours are counted; failed ones can be re-queued.
Delivery attempts with a limit
Send interval, batch size per run and the maximum number of attempts are configurable — so one undeliverable address cannot block the queue forever.
A test email before the real thing
The stored configuration can be verified with a test email before the first real reminder goes out.
In-app notifications
Alongside email there are in-app notifications in the bell menu. If mail delivery is switched off entirely, notifications simply stay inside the application — they are not lost.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Templates are maintained as HTML so you can apply your header, footer, colours and logo.
By default, no: delivery uses the SMTP server you configure, and recipient addresses never leave your infrastructure. If you have no relay of your own you can choose SendGrid instead, in which case mail deliberately goes through that provider. Nothing routes through us in either case.
From the send queue. It lists every outgoing email with recipient, subject, originating source, status, attempt count and the time of the next attempt. Anything that finally failed shows as failed there and can be re-queued by hand.
Templates are validated before saving and unknown placeholders are reported. The preview also shows the result before the first real email goes out.
