A perpetual license (also called a one-time license) means you buy the software once and can use it forever — no subscriptions, no recurring fees. MobilityManager is sold as a perpetual license: a one-time purchase from €49 per vehicle, with no base fee, then no further mandatory licensing costs.
Is there fleet management software without monthly fees? +
Yes — MobilityManager is the only modern fleet management platform available as a perpetual license. Every other major vendor (Fleethouse, AZOWO, Vimcar, Webfleet) is SaaS-only with monthly subscriptions.
What happens after I purchase the perpetual license? +
After purchase, you receive your license key and access to all current software updates at no additional cost. You install MobilityManager on your own infrastructure and use it permanently. Optional maintenance contracts (Software Assurance) for future major versions are available but never mandatory.
How long can I use the software after purchase? +
Forever. A perpetual license never expires. You can run MobilityManager on the version you purchased indefinitely. Updates to new versions are optional and can be covered by a separate maintenance agreement.
